In-depth bodywork performed on a cushioned mat on the floor. Various Thai massage techniques (i.e., yoga-like stretches, acupressure, and rhythmic muscle compression, etc) combined with Ayurvedic massage techniques (walking on the body, with or without oil) - customized to deliver a comprehensive, therapeutic and relaxing experience.
